- There is no such thing as an “all-clear” siren. If the siren sounds again, it means the threat is still imminent.

Take a left out of the campground onto Old Hwy 14 into Waseca. Turn right onto 6th St. NE.
In one block, turn left onto 2nd Ave. NE. The Central Building is on the left.
Enter through Door 10 (on the west end of the building) and proceed downstairs.
