Planning to rent a camper at Kiesler’s? Here’s everything you need to know about rental rates, deposits, cancellation policies, and important guidelines to ensure a smooth booking process.
Camper Rental Rates
- Sunday – Wednesday: $225 per night
- Thursday – Saturday: $325 per night
- Holidays*: $325 per night
*Holiday Rates Apply On: May 23-25, 2025, July 1-5, 2025, August 29-31, 2025
Rates Include: 2 people per site
➕ Additional Guests:
- $5 per child (ages 4-17)
- $10 per adult (ages 18+)
- Children 3 and under stay free
📌 Taxes not included in listed rates.
Deposits & Payment Policy
- Same-Year Reservations: A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking.
- Next-Year Reservations: A flat $450 deposit is required for reservations made for the following year.
- Final payment is due upon check-in.
- Damage Deposit of $500 will be processed on your credit card at check-in. This is fully refunded if there is no damage to the camper or supplies. See rental agreement for details.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Cancellations made 30+ days before arrival: Deposit refunded, minus a $30 handling fee.
- Cancellations made less than 30 days before arrival: No refunds will be issued.
- No-shows & Early Departures: No refunds or credits will be given.
Camper Rental Guidelines
- Check-in: 4:00 PM | Check-out: 11:00 AM
- Maximum Occupancy: Rental occupancy must not exceed the approved number of guests at the time of booking.
- Smoking & Pet Policy: No smoking or pets allowed inside rental units. A $750 fee will be charged if violated.
- Age Requirement: The renter must be at least 25 years old and must occupy the unit throughout the rental period.
